MetaImage is the ideal tool for reading, writing and editing image metadata. It's the first editor that lets you edit EXIF, IPTC, and XMP tags, as well as MakerNotes, in a beautiful, familiar interface.
The application was designed to improve your workflow. Users can create and manage presets. There is also dedicated support for geographic data and thumbnails. Additionally, the displayed tags can be configured in Settings. This way the application suits your personal needs.
MetaImage is fully integrated into your Mac ecosystem. The app even includes a Photos extension. So you can directly view your photos from Photos.app.

The application is intended for professional needs. More than 90 image formats are supported (HEIC, MOS, CR2, DNG, NEF, NRW, JPEG, PNG, TIFF, RAW and many others). MakerNotes tags can be edited, but cannot be created or deleted. This avoids many potential problems with OEM software.
