EtreCheck is a small Mac application that, when launched, scans your system and extracts all sorts of useful information. Working with EtreCheck is extremely easy because the applications take care of the analysis process themselves: all you have to do is run the procedure and analyze the results.
EtreCheck can identify general problems, disk health or RAM information, and help detect hidden adware (and other evil spirits).
