Airplane mode
Use this tool to quickly disable all wireless connections (Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, etc.) on your Mac. To activate it, simply click the Airplane Mode icon on the toolbar. To turn off Airplane Mode, click the tool again.
Alarm clock
Use this tool to alert you at specific times with notification and sound. Just set the time and day of the week (or several days of the week), and the alarm will appear as scheduled. Select a sound, add a name and receive notifications every week. You can click the Snooze button to receive the alert again after 5 minutes.
Archive
Use Archiver to create compressed archives of your files to save space or easily share multiple files. The archive has more features than the built-in system utility.
You can create password-protected archives, so only those who know the password can access the archived files.
You can create an archive with multiple files from different locations by simply launching Archive from the Toolbar or Finder and dragging files and folders into its window—no need to move or copy files into one folder.
Stroke generator
-code Enter text or URL, select the desired barcode format, and the tool will generate a barcode or QR code image. Copy the barcode to your clipboard or save it as an image file.
Reader
Barcode Scan a barcode using the built-in camera or import an image to recognize content encoded with a barcode or QR code. Links are automatically recognized and can be clicked directly.
Block camera
Block the built-in camera, making it inaccessible to applications.
Break time
Be more productive and use your break time as a reminder to take regular breaks from your computer work.
Capture an area, screen, or window
Use this tool to take a screenshot of a selected area, window, or entire screen. The image file will appear on your desktop.
Clean the disk
Use this tool to get more free space and optimize your Mac. Clean Disk scans the system and detects files that can be safely deleted - cache, logs, temporary files, etc. The application can also find large and old files in macOS. Clean Disk doesn't automatically delete files—after scanning your system, you can choose what to delete and what to keep.
Clipboard history
Use this tool to store text and images copied to your clipboard for up to 30 days. You can quickly insert them whenever you need them in just a few clicks. The tool window lists the copied items and shows which applications they were copied from. If you need to quickly find something in your clipboard history, use search or add frequently used items to your favorites. If you don't want to collect copied items from some apps, you can either pause the tool or add those apps to the exclusion list.
Close applicationsOpen your desktop or start from scratch. Depending on which option you choose, this tool will minimize all open windows or close all applications that are visible on the taskbar with one click.
Video Conversion
Use this tool to convert videos so they can be played in the Videos app on your iPhone or iPad. Simply drag a video, such as your favorite movie or TV show, onto the tool's icon or window and it will be converted. The tool can convert almost any video format and can add the converted video to your iTunes library.
CPU temperature
Monitor your Mac's current CPU temperature in the menu bar.
Countdown date
Use this tool to set up a countdown to a specific date, such as a birthday, deadline, or vacation. Simply enter the day and month, and Date Countdown will begin counting down the days, showing the number of days remaining on the tool's icons in the Dock and Finder. When the date arrives, Date Countdown displays a message. You can stop the countdown by clicking the On/Off switch in the main application window.
Do not disturb
Use this tool if you want to avoid distractions and focus on the task at hand. When activated, notifications are disabled and the Dock app animation is disabled. To turn this mode off, click the tool again. All previous settings are restored. Do Not Disturb mode automatically turns off at 00:00.
Not
go to sleep When activated, this tool prevents the computer from going to sleep and dimming the display. This is useful when you want to ensure that a task will not be interrupted. When activated, all settings that would allow the computer to go into sleep mode are disabled. To disable this mode and restore all sleep settings, simply run the tool again.
Loading audio
Use this tool to download audio files from the Internet. You can download audio files one at a time or the entire playlist at once. You can also download audio from video files. By default, audio files are saved to the Downloads folder (you can specify a different folder in the tool settings).
Uploading videos
Use this tool to download videos from the Internet. Simply drag the video website URL from your browser onto the tool's icon or window and the video will begin downloading. Many popular video sharing sites are supported. You can also copy the URL (select it and press Command+C), switch to the Upload Video tool, and paste it (Command+V). Video files are saved in the Downloads folder on your Mac.
Eject volume
Use this tool to extract all volumes mounted on your desktop, including local removable volumes such as external hard drives and memory cards, network volumes, and even mounted disk images. When you open the tool, the application immediately tries to unmount all volumes, reducing clutter on your desktop. You can set which volume types should be summed in the tool settings.
Encrypt files
Encrypt your files or folders to share them securely or store them on your computer.
Energy saving
Use this tool to extend your Mac's battery life. When Power Saving Mode is enabled, this tool automatically detects when your Mac is switching to battery power and enables a number of power-saving options that are usually hidden deep within the operating system. If you don't want the tool to activate automatically, you can disable it in the tool settings.
Find duplicatesUse this tool to scan your Mac for duplicate files. Launch the tool and select the directory you want to check. Once the scan is complete, you can preview the detected files and choose which duplicates to keep and which to delete. Deleted files are moved to the Recycle Bin.
Focus on the window
Focus on one task in a window while all other windows are dimmed. Increase your focus on one task by hiding all other windows, notifications, and other distractions.
Free Memory
Use this tool to quickly free up inactive memory and optimize memory consumption on your Mac. It is recommended to use Free Memory before launching a memory-intensive application or game. Drag Free Memory to the macOS menu bar to easily check the amount of available RAM and free up unused memory in just a few clicks.
Hidden files
Use this tool to show or hide hidden files and folders. To show hidden files, click the tool icon. To hide hidden files, click the tool icon again.
Hide desktop
Use this tool to hide all files, folders and other icons on your desktop. To activate it, simply click the Hide Desktop icon in the toolbar, dock, or Finder. To show the icons again, simply click the tool icon again.
Hide menu items
Use this tool to hide unused icons. In the tool settings, specify which icons you want to hide and which to remain visible. When the tool is active, the icons you choose to hide are not visible. To display them, click the tool icon. To hide them, click the tool icon again or somewhere else on the screen.
Launch
Use this tool to open multiple objects on your computer such as applications, documents, folders, links or other files with one click. Open a tool and drag elements into the tool window (or onto the tool icon) to create a sequence of elements that will open the next time you click the tool icon. To change the stencil, right-click or Control-click the tool and choose settings.
Screen lock
Activate this tool to immediately lock your screen and prevent unauthorized access to your computer. No need to wait for a password-protected screen saver to activate or remember which corner activates what—just click the screen lock tool. To unlock your computer and continue, simply enter your account password.
Create GIF
Use this tool to create animated GIFs from videos. Launch the tool, open or drag a video into the tool window, adjust the start and end points, add text if you want, and click Create GIF. The resulting GIF file is saved in the same location as the video.
Color measurement
Measure colors in any application you're currently running and get results in a customizable format—HEX, RGB, HSL, or CMYK. Copy the results to your clipboard or view the results right under your mouse pointer.
Mute microphone
Use this tool to mute your computer's microphone to prevent unauthorized listening by other applications. Just click Mute Microphone on the toolbar. The built-in microphone is disabled and no application receives input from the microphone. The instrument icon indicates that it is active and the microphone is muted. To mute the sound, click the icon again.
Network usage
Monitor your current network speed without interrupting your workflow and track your overall network usage for the day.
Presentation modeUse this tool to minimize distractions when you need to focus or give a presentation. When Presentation Mode is enabled, it blocks all notifications and Dock animations (on a Mac), temporarily disables the computer's sleep mode, and hides files on the desktop. Presentation mode is also able to detect when an external display or projector is connected, so it can be turned on automatically. You can turn off automatic detection and also set the duration for which Presentation Mode is turned on.
Text recognition
Extract text from an image file. Simply place an image into the tool, it will scan the image for any text by running the Optical Character Recognition (OCR) process and present the editable text as a result.
Record an area, screen, or window
Use these tools to record video of a selected area, window, or entire screen. While recording video, this tool also records audio from your computer's microphone. To stop recording, click the Recording Area icon in the Dock. The video file will appear on your desktop.
Sound recording
Use this tool to record audio from your computer's built-in microphone. To start recording, simply click "Record Audio" on the toolbar. A flashing icon in the Dock tells you that audio is being recorded. You can also record from an external microphone if it is selected as the input source in System Preferences > Sound. To stop recording, click the tool icon again (in the toolbar or dock). The audio file is saved on the desktop. Clicking the icon again starts a new recording, which will be saved as a new file.

Resizing Images
Use this tool to resize images or convert them to another format. Drag a source image (or multiple images at once) into the tool window or onto the tool icon in the Dock, then specify the output dimensions and format in the tool settings.
Screenshot of the page
Use this tool to take a screenshot of an entire web page, even if it doesn't fit in your browser window. When you launch the Screenshot Page for the first time, it asks you to enable the Safari extension. This extension adds a button to the left of Safari's address bar. Use the button to take a screenshot of the currently open web page. By default, screenshots are saved to the desktop (you can specify a different location in the tool settings). If you want to change the output file format, open the tool's settings and choose between PDF, PNG and JPEG.
Show desktop
Open your desktop or start from scratch. Depending on which option you choose, this tool will minimize all open windows or close all applications that are visible in the Mac Dock with one click.
Sleep Timer
Use the Sleep Timer to count down from a specified time to zero, and then either put your computer to sleep or turn it off. To start the countdown, select an activity, set a time, and press Start. Even if you close this tool, the countdown will continue and the action will be performed when the timer reaches zero. You will receive an additional notification 1 minute before the scheduled action.
Stopwatch
Use a stopwatch to measure elapsed time just like any other stopwatch. You can use it, for example, to measure how long it takes to complete a certain action on your computer. The stopwatch can be quickly started and stopped by simply clicking the icon in the toolbar or dock. You can pause the stopwatch and then continue or reset the time. Even if you restart your computer, the stopwatch will continue to count down time.
Switch resolutionUse this tool to quickly switch screen resolution right from the Mac menu bar. See a list of all screen resolutions available for all displays connected to your Mac and change them on the fly (including external monitors). Additionally, this tool allows you to change the screen orientation.
Take a photo
Use this tool to take photos using your Mac's camera. Just click the tool icon in Parallels Toolbox and then click the button to take a photo.
Make a video
Use this tool to record videos using your Mac camera. Simply click the tool icon in Parallels Toolbox and then click the Start button. While recording video, the tool also records audio from your Mac's microphone. To stop recording, click the Stop button. By default, video files are saved to the desktop.
Timer
Use the Timer to count down from the time you specify to zero. To start the countdown, set the time and press Start. Even if you close the app, it will continue counting down and notify you when the timer reaches zero. You can set a sound to play to make sure you don't miss a notification.
Convert text
Use this tool to convert text between different letter case types - title case, lowercase, camel case, or even random case. Simply type or paste text into the original text field, select the letter case type, and the tool will automatically convert the text.
Unzip
Use this tool to unpack archives, including those not supported by the built-in system utility. For example, this tool can unpack archives in 7z, RAR, RPM, XAR and Z formats. When Parallels Toolbox is installed, double-clicking on any of these file types opens Unarchiver and begins unpacking. Unarchiver also supports password protected archives.
Converter
units Convert units and currencies by simply entering what you want to convert. There's no need to select a category—enter a number followed by one or more letters to instantly see the conversion results. For example, simply enter "73 F" to get the temperature in degrees Celsius.
Uninstalling apps
Use this tool to remove applications and their files from your Mac. "Remove Apps" scans your Mac's hard drive and shows the apps and all their files. The tool can also display and remove remaining files associated with applications that have already been uninstalled.

Window Manager Change
resize the window on your Mac to a specified size and position. Simply drag a window to the edge of the screen and the window will automatically resize to half, third, or quarter of the screen.

Select any application window and make it float on top so you can see and interact with it while working in other applications.
World time
Use this tool to find out the local time in cities located in different time zones. Thousands of locations around the world, time offset information, daytime and nighttime information - all conveniently located right in the Mac menu bar for quick and easy access.
