About

Paste Wizard is an easy-to-use clipboard manager that allows you to save multiple clipboards and paste them later. It can also be used as a quick access database by marking the clipboard.

It has the following advantages:
- Compact grid display allows you to see and select from many saved clipboards at once.

- Handles all types of clipboards.

- The clipboard created by many automatic typing utilities (such as TextExpander, Butler, TypeIt4Me, Typinator, Keyboard Maestro, 1Password, etc.) are ignored.

- Recognition of special types of text on the clipboard ensures convenient pasting or working.

- You can quickly search the grid to find the clipboards you need.

- You can edit text clipboards that you have already saved.

- You can lock the clipboard so that it is not overwritten by a new one.

- You can delete individual, unlocked or ALL saved clipboards (for example, if they contain sensitive data).

- You can quickly paste multiple clipboards using three different mechanisms.

- You can fill out forms safely and easily.

- The clipboard is also additionally accessible via the menu bar icon.

- Security features allow you to minimize sensitive data stored in saved clipboards.

- You can support multiple sets of clipboards for different purposes and with different security settings.

- You can quickly enter notes directly into the clipboard for later use.

- You can encrypt saved clipboard contents.

- You can use Dropbox to backup or sync clipboard contents across multiple computers.

The Paste Wizard allows you to display up to 99 clipboards (in each set) in a compact format, making it easy to quickly find which one you want to paste again. The Paste Wizard recognizes certain types of text just like Apple's Data Detectors and allows you to paste them or work with them in a special way. This feature is very useful when working with web forms or databases that force you to enter things like addresses, phone numbers, or Social Security numbers in separate fields, or force you to enter phone numbers with only decimal digits. Additionally, you can paste clipboards as unformatted text, even if they are formatted. This is useful if you want the text you paste to inherit the formatting of the application you're pasting into.
