Presentation Helper is a lightweight menu bar application that helps you when you are presenting anything from your desktop, highlight, annotate, tag anything to explain things better to your audience.
Presentation Helper is a feature-rich and intelligent assistant utility designed for presentations during online classes or video tutorials, demonstrations from your desktop, explanations, training, technical presentations, training, demonstrations and internal meetings at work. The application is mainly intended for office workers, project managers, teachers, specialists, professors, trainers, etc.
Presentation Helper brings together a wide range of tools to help you easily convey skills and knowledge to your clients or students with significantly greater clarity. Annotations can be added on the fly during a presentation. With the included on-screen annotation tools, you can draw with a pen, draw circles, rectangles, arrows, and lines.
You can easily set shortcuts to each of the tools so you can quickly access the annotation tool you need during your presentation.
You can draw or annotate anywhere on the screen. Simply activate Presentation Helper from the menu bar and start drawing.
There is a built-in timer that you can show to users while you are on a call or your presentation has not yet started. You can easily set the time for the timer.
Moreover, you can save a screenshot of the entire screen with all the annotations drawn, or simply copy the entire screenshot to the clipboard and use it anywhere. Default shortcuts are assigned to copy and save operations.
Press cmd + C to copy the contents of the screen to the clipboard as a screenshot.
Press cmd + S to save the entire screen content to disk as a screenshot.
When you were drawing with any tool on the screen, you can press cmd + Z to undo the last action, or cmd + shift + Z to redo the last undone drawing action.
Simply press ESC to remove all drawn annotations. Press ESC again to deactivate the presentation aid. Click on a top menu bar item to reactivate it, or assign shortcuts to various operations to get quick access to them.
