With the Camera Lock application, you can be sure that no one can use your computer's Web camera without your knowledge. Camera Lock blocks all attempts by any application to use your computer's Web camera. If the camera is already in use, the green LED will start blinking and you will react to the current situation in time. There is no longer any need to cover your Webcam with tape.
If you unlock the camera for use but forget to lock it again, don't worry, the app will detect an unauthorized attempt to use the camera and warn you with an intermittent green LED (even if another app is about to use it).
