Trimma is the simplest way to trim videos quickly and effortlessly.No need to create projects—unlike in iMovie—and no confusing export settings that alter your video's resolution.Simply follow these easy steps:
1. Open a video.
2. Insert segments to quickly remove unwanted parts:
— Quickly scrub through the video or use the arrow keys for precise frame-by-frame adjustments.
— Use the toolbar buttons or the A / S hotkeys to quickly add or remove segments.
— Inserting a cut within a red-highlighted area will finalize that red segment at the current position.
3. Select an export preset.
— Passthrough: Preserves the original encoding; small files remain small, and export is extremely fast.
— HEVC: High-Efficiency Video Codec. Leverages the power of H.265 encoding to compress video into tiny files.Great for sharing with other Mac/iOS users!
— AVC: Advanced Video Codec. Utilizes H.264 capabilities to create small video files.While the files aren't quite as small as with HEVC, compatibility with older systems is superior.
