AutoCrypt is a document-based encryption/decryption application that allows you to batch process large numbers of files.
It allows you to save all the settings used to encrypt files in documents, including which file to work with, and reuse them later.
It can encrypt and decrypt a file in 1 click.
How it works:
- In one click you can encrypt hundreds of files at the destination.
- The original file is saved unchanged, and the encrypted file is saved in another folder.
- Uses the powerful AES-256 CommonCrypt algorithm, making all encrypted files unreadable without a password.
- The resulting encrypted files can be transferred or stored in unsecured places without any security issues
- All settings used to encrypt the source files are saved inside the AutoCrypt document.

- The password may or may not be saved along with the settings document depending on the purpose (remote security / local security)
- Encryption can be performed when opening any settings document to frequently encrypt a set of files.
