VOX is an advanced music player for macOS with a focus on sound quality and lossless/Hi-Res support. It plays popular formats (including FLAC/APE/ALAC/WAV/DSD, etc.), can work with CUE and playlists (M3U/PLS/XSPF), and is also suitable as an “iTunes alternative” for a local media library.
The player uses its own audio engine and supports Hi-Res up to 24-bit/192 kHz, as well as multi-channel playback (5.1) - convenient if you have high-quality headphones/DACs or home speakers. VOX can play music not only from disk, but also from network attached storage (NAS) and network drives.
