xScope — designed specifically for designers and developers.The application offers a powerful suite of ten configurable tools, perfectly suited for measuring, inspecting, and testing on-screen graphics and various layouts.

xScope's tools can be accessed via a floating toolbar positioned above the desktop, the menu bar, and/or keyboard shortcuts.
