PrefEdit is a unique application for viewing and editing hidden macOS system settings and applications, including plist files. To make editing easier, the application offers full-text search for any condition. The built-in browser makes it easy to navigate through the file and its settings, and the search function helps you quickly find the desired value in the file. Old Mac applications developed for earlier versions of Mac OS cannot be viewed using PrefEdit because they use different storage systems.
