Presentify is an application that will help you improve the quality of presentations, online lessons and video tutorials, allowing you to add annotations to any screen, highlight the cursor and much more.
You can add annotations to anything on the screen, be it images, videos, PDFs, code, whatever. Presentify is very useful for online training, recording video lessons, conducting demonstrations, remote work, and so on.

Annotations
- You can draw or add annotations to any screen. Select Screen Annotation from the menu bar and start drawing.
- Lots of shapes to draw. Now you can even write text.
- Draw with random gradient colors instead of regular colors.
- Automatic erasing of annotations. Ideal for highlighting something specific or explaining your thoughts. You can also toggle the function by pressing the Control key.
- You can draw even when other applications are running in full screen mode. Great for live presentations and video calls when working remotely.
- New interactive mode: It opens Presentify in the background, allowing the user to use other applications and add annotations by pressing and holding the Fn key.
- Users can now interact with core applications when adding annotations (in default mode) in Presentify. To do this, simply press and hold the Fn key. You no longer need to switch to Presentify to move between presentation slides, play/pause videos, etc.
- The highlight function allows you to select text fragments without overlapping them.
- To draw a straight line, press and hold the Shift key while drawing freehand. You can also fill rectangles and circles with a translucent color by pressing and holding the Option key.
- Works with Keynote (even in presentation mode).
- Compatible with all video calling software such as Zoom, Google Meet, Skype, etc.
- Works with graphics tablets such as XP-Pen, Wacom, etc.
