About
Mp3tag is a powerful and easy-to-use tool for editing audio file metadata. Musicians, DJs, podcasters, and audio enthusiasts use it for many different aspects of audio file processing.
It supports batch tag editing for multiple files at once, covering a variety of audio formats from MP3, MP4 and M4V (yes, that's video!) to FLAC, OGG, OPUS, AIF, DSF, MPC and WAV.
Additionally, it supports online database search from Discogs and MusicBrainz, allowing you to collect the right tags and download covers for your music libraries.
It offers renaming files based on tag information, replacing characters or words in tags and file names, importing tag information, and customizing the built-in cover image size and format.
Because some digital library management tasks are repetitive, Mp3tag allows you to organize tasks into groups of activities that serve as workflows to maintain consistency and order. Examples include formatting tag fields, converting case, removing unnecessary fields, or adjusting the inline cover to the required dimensions.
