About
BusyContacts is a powerful macOS app that organizes contact information into shared virtual cards. As a BusyCal Buddy, this manager handles your contacts with the same flexibility and professionalism. Connect social networks, view your interaction history, and coordinate BusyContacts with tons of cloud services and Apple utilities.
Key features of BusyContacts
Switch between views
The application comes with two types of structures - a multi-column list and a map view. In list view, you can customize the display of columns and change the sort order. Map view puts all relationships in one column and allows you to expand your maps at the click of a mouse.
Collect notes about contacts
BusyContacts collects everything your Mac knows about a person into one contact list. The application syncs with most CardDAV services and social networks, organizing links in the form of linked virtual cards. Forget about email - BusyContacts offers you many alternative ways to contact a person.
Apply smart filters
With this application it becomes easy to find any card from your list. Simply go to Filter > New Filter and define the conditions you want your map to meet. You can also save frequently used search queries and list display options - the app matches the nature of your interactions.
Flexible Tags and Labels
Instantly add tags and assign colors to navigate your contacts. The great thing about BusyContacts is that it gives you the freedom to change and organize your cards. For example, you can create any number of specific related fields and labels for each contact.
Unlimited sharing and synchronization
From iCloud to Google to Exchange, BusyContacts can be linked to any popular address book server. In case you need to add a new server, open Preferences > Account and enter contact information. The application also works with the Apple Contacts utility, synchronizing connections to any iOS device.
Activity list
Let BusyContacts track your interactions on Mac. The right side of the application window will display the complete history of your correspondence, meetings, and even the activity of your contacts on social media. You can configure BusyContacts to track touchpoints or specific types of activity.
