iScherlokk is a lightning-fast file search and comparison utility. It does two main things, and it does them very well.

iScherlokk searches all files matching your search criteria accurately and reliably. Music, pictures, bookmarks, documents, etc. can be found quickly and easily. You can search on any built-in volume, portable volume (flash drives, memory cards, USB drives), network drive (AFP, SMB, FTP), Thunderbolt or Firewire device (CD/DVD, external hard drive, slave computer), etc.
It does not matter whether the file you are looking for is hidden or system. The file doesn't even need to be indexed in macOS for iScherlokk to find it.
When searching within a size range, iScherlokk calculates and displays all folders that match that range.
What files can iScherlokk find?
Because iScherlokk is not based on the Spotlight index and has its own powerful search engine, it will find every file on any available volume on your computer.
iScherlokk can compare any file (text or binary) and display their differences, taking into account insertions or deletions. It uses a complex algorithm to find similar blocks in both files and displays them as a list of differences. Try it and you will like it!
