Viper FTP (formerly known as ViaFTP) is a simple macOS FTP client that allows you to easily access various remote servers to manage and transfer files.
Supports most popular file transfer protocols.
With Viper FTP, you can quickly connect to FTP, SFTP, WebDAV and Amazon S3 servers and upload, download and edit documents. Additionally, Viper FTP allows you to connect to your YouTube account and download videos easily.
The Viper FTP context menu provides access to numerous tools and functions that allow you to open a selected file with the desired application, open items in a new window, not duplicate, rename, delete or make aliases for any given file, calculate directory size, edit text based files with TextEdit, pack or unzip an archive, make appropriate changes to files and folders, check file lists, track connections, collapse folders and much more.
What's more, Viper FTP allows you to share items using Apple's email app. From the Remote Viper FTP menu you can quickly connect or disconnect to and from the server, enter the FTP command, download the selected item and change the transfer type. In addition, Viper FTP allows you to change its appearance, display files and folders in groups, and show or hide hidden files and folders. Viper FTP allows you to select the application with which CSS or other file types should be opened, and you also have the option to set up an alert system based on your preferences.
